I’m a researcher and design strategist with over 8 years of experience. Fascinated by the intersection of culture, design, architecture, health and technology, I’m passionate about creating inclusive cities and crafting places for people. A Brisbane local, my innate curiosity and fascination for cities and design has seen me live across Amsterdam, Shanghai, New York, London, Paris and Sydney.
To me the creative process is never linear, it’s fluid, intuitive and ever-evolving – a philosophy I apply to my own creative evolution. My work spans a variety of scales; from research and retail strategy, through to the visioning of world-class city-shaping projects. By embracing a human-centred approach at all times, I enjoy challenging traditional ways of seeing through novel research and strategy – enabling clients to remain culturally relevant, future-focussed and insights-driven.
A few of the companies I have had the pleasure of working with include Craig Walker, Right Angle Studio (Sydney/ Brisbane), ENGINEER (New York/ Shanghai/ Paris), Kering | Alexander McQueen (London) and Hugo Boss Group (New York).
I hold a dual bachelor degree in Fine Arts (Fashion) and Business (Marketing/Finance), from studies completed across Australia and the Netherlands.
Some achievements include; Good Design Award (Winner), UN Harmony Week guest speaker, Qantas Spirit of Youth Awards (Finalist), Vogue Italia International Talent Scholarship, Australasian Student Design Awards (1st place), International Emerging Design Awards (2nd place), Australian Fashion Graduate of the Year (Finalist), Pappas and Pace Innovative Design Award (1st place).
Outside of work life I like to grow side-projects into businesses with collaborators and friends.
