When people ask me what I do, in simple terms, I try to understand why people act the way they do. What drives their lifestyle choices? What values shape their behaviour? What cultural nuances shape our sense of place? Ultimately it’s about really understanding what makes us human, what makes us feel understood and what could make our lives better.

It’s a bit like being part investigative journalist, anthropologist and psychologist. However, the real magic happens when extracting these key insights in a creative way to ensure impactful, purposeful and strategic design solutions for products, brands and city-shaping projects.
